I believe he is still in for studio stuff, but doesn't tour.

The drummer on tour is Daxx Nielsen, as in Rick Nielsen's kid.

I have to agree, it dident sound bad at all. Especially considering their age. I grew up in the 70's-80's and can relate.

I did as well, used to work in the record biz in the ealy 80's, and did some stuff with them a few times.
They definitely sound good still!
They are here in LV in a few weeks w/ Benatar...she sounds great still, too!

I saw them open for Def Leppard 10 years or so ago and they put on a killer show.

They are prepping to go out on tour, so to specifically go to Japan, just for this, probably was impractical. ;-)
