ps anyone you hire make sure YOU Ask them for the gfy nick and do a SEARCH ON THIS BOARD FOR THEM OR THEIR COMPANY and make 100% sure it is them you are talking to.. like have them post something in a thread so you don't get fucked.

It can be done but they should expect to pay accordingly.
