I don't even bother with programs that have $200+ minimum payouts....I promote a TON of programs and split up my traffic between all of them so small minimum payouts help out a lot.

What sucks is when a program has a high minimum payout and then stops converting right before you get that last sale =/.

I've had this happen a few times. At first I'd chase down that last sale with lots more traffic to reach the minimum but it never came for some reason.
