I took some another time for a few weeks

Never got fucked up on meds, genius, and I haven't had any adderall in months and I don't drink hardly ever anymore.

Since you've proven multiple times that you can't drive and can't stay sober when doing it... You should never have your license again.

Yeah, but since they are actually lawyers they are able to get out of it. Since he couldn't, he wouldn't make a good lawyer.

Not what I said, at all. I said imagine what I could do if I was actually qualified, since with no qualifications at all I was able to find important information. Taking the initiative to help yourself is something 99% of people won't do in a spot like that. I'd like to encourage more people to not give up.

I would like to add to my original post saying thank you to all of the shysta ass hoes who went gun in glove, all of the god damned turncoat sellout motherfuckers, all of my loved ones who stole from me and left me when I needed them, the legal system, the state that stole the only property I ever owned, and to anyone who ever fucked with me in any way.

I LIVE thanks to all of THEM. Shit is real, nobody is going to stop me, thanks to all of them.

I am a little confused. I can appreciate that you did your homework on the case. Anyone should do that, but most people will not. However, it sounds like the fact that most of the time he charged people with resisting/assault it got tossed really doesn't have much if anything to do with your case and you just got lucky.

Many cops will write/charge someone with everything they can think of. They do this for a few reasons. First, it ups their stats and makes them look good and the more they charge you with the better chance they will have of having at least some of it stick so I would imagine most cops have most of their charges dropped when the case actually moves towards trial.

Still, it sounds like you got lucky. He made a mistake and you were able to find it and take advantage of it. I had that happen once too. I got a speeding ticket, but my car was an Eagle Summit and he wrote down a Toyota Summit. The ticket got tossed.

Be honest. Had he not made that mistake would you be in much deeper shit?

"the more they charge you with the better chance they will have of having at least some of it stick" is something they've been doing as long as I can remember. Five of Six charges against me were DROPPED before I went to trial or even pre trial in Florida ... As I understand it, when they beat your ass in Osceola County or most places down that way, they charge YOU with assault and everything else just to protect themselves.

I'd possibly be in much "deeper shit" if I had not worked so hard finding out exactly what time it was on both of the cases.. The mistake you're talking about, me being charged under the wrong subsection of the statute, it apparently doesn't matter because they do what the fuck they want here in kansas. Especially if you're not one of their own and your pockets are empty.

I can live with that. Nolo contendere, for now. Maybe later when I'm in a better societal position- if I ever am- and I just may end up being.
