Someone posted an article the other day to the top ten conspiracy theories, and you can still poke holes through most of them, and some of them have never really been verified. One of them was the syphilis tests - it wasn't a government conspiracy, it was three low ranking doctors and a nurse. The Northwoods operation was't something that happened, it was a crazy idea from the CIA - and the CIA back in those days had a lot of freaking crazy ideas.Herschel Savage
