Join Submits not going through - What's the reason?

I've already tried contacting my sponsor about it but no answer so far. I have around 20 join submits but none turned into an actual join, does that mean the creditcard is getting denied or are there other reasons?

If it shows as a 'Submit' in nats. It means they could have submitted their info on the first join page. Username/Email address etc. But did not put in CC info on the second page.

(I believe. I am not 100% sure, but I think this is what it MIGHT be.)

Yes, it means that it was submitted on the pre-join form. Why the user did not follow through and turn into a sale? The reasons for this could be endless. They left at the processor page, their credit card was declined, their country could not be processed for, etc. etc.
