Probably non-nude modelling is legit, I suppose bikini as well if in a fashion presentation way, otherwise it may easily be considered as exploitation of minors, etc. which could draw heat, and therefore I'd stay away from anything under 18 y.o.

There is only one way that I know of to legitimately display teen bikini photos, and it definitely does NOT involve any type of pay site. If you have a legitimate modelling site that contains portfolios of models, and the site is LEGITIMATELY promoting those models and their careers/websites, there should be no harm in having a teen model section where under-18 people can show their modelling photos.

Definitely no nudity allowed on those pages though.

I don't see why you'd want to put such photos inside a paysite. Paysites are considered "adult" and adult means over 18, at least to me anyway.

This has been a debate. It was on the TV couple months ago.. there are paysites of this sort and a senator promised to make this illegal.. meaning not illegal yet. These kinda sites claim to make good money which I kinda doubt cos how the hell are you going to promote it on a big scale when brokers wouldn't wanna risk or will have moral obligations sending traffic to such site unless ofcourse you get foreign webmasters to spam then again, it will cost more money to spam the shit than outcome.. I honestly couldn't believe parents would let girls wear some of the stuff in it. My opinion is that most of the girls in it were 15-16 although I suppose it is possible they are young looking 18 year olds. Way too skimpy for any girls under 18 to be wearing.

Flip thru the swimsuit section. The catalog is more risque than the site even, and I'd say the models in most of that swimwear are not 18 yet imho.

I think a site with models that scantily dressed needs to stick to girls who are 18 or older in my humble opinion. Maybe they are, but it doesn't look like it to me.

What do you guys think?

As I said, there are lots of legitimate modelling sites that display portfolio samples of hundreds and even thousands of models. Teen models have the right to have their portfolio pics promoted just like any other model does, and that can and often does include swimsuit shots. There is nothing wrong with this, and these types of shots can be seen in any Sears catalogue.

So there ARE some exceptions here. But again, anything to do with an adult paysite or promoting underage teen pics simply for wanton lewdness is very much frowned upon by both industry and authorities, and rightly so.

Just wanted to clarify.
