    Rebel-ads: what happens?

    1. Almost a month ago, I paid for one account. But still it pending and waiting activation.
    What's the problem?
    The owner does not want to give me an account? The owner on a vacation?
    The owner lives on Mars and mail rocket was still on the way there?
    You were not able to contact the owner? Or something else?
    For a month you can send a paper letter around the entire planet!

    2. More than three weeks ago, one of my account has stopped working. Of course it was paid on time.
    2 times a week I wrote to you about this issue. But in all that time I have only received one response: "Richards script crapped out again it seems. They are working on it I will let you know asap And get it restarted". It was 20 days ago.
    But I regularly see on this TGP new posted galleries. Other accounts work?


    PS: No drama. I just want to understand what the problem is.

      Devin has to wait for other people, sometimes they take a while, but it always comes through in end

                  I also have not had any problems with rebel-ads for a few years.
                  I have an account, which has never had any problems (pinkworld).
                  But ...
                  What am I supposed to think when richards-realm account each month stops working.
                  Or when within a month can not activate an lanasbigboobs account?

                      I completely understand your frustration. Sometimes these things are beyond our control. We have many sites that are rock solid and have very few issues with. There are a few that can cause issues, mostly in the time it takes to get accounts approved. In most cases we will get you on something else while giving you the option of waiting for that account with script issues, or who take long periods to approve.

                                  Okay. two months later. I came from vacation and returned to online.

                                  Richards-realm account expired and did not work.
                                  Lanasbigboobs account still pending and waiting activation. more than three months!

                                  This is not funny.

                                      I don't know why they disable accounts there seeing as they know we will renew them.

                                                  Lana's, and especially Richard's, have been notorious for delayed activations / renewals for a couple of years now, if not longer.

                                                  Once you make payment, it's up to those sites to approve/activate your account. Devin/Rich can only do so much, and their responsibility is to process the payment -- they can't edit someone's site to make it active. It'd be sweet if they could. But they are definitely honest guys to work with. Unfortunately both Lana's and Richard's are a waiting game most times.

                                                          In all fairness, I am starting to believe it's a Richard's Realm issue and not entirely a Devin/Rich issue. Sounds like their hands are tied at most points. Just wish one of them would have been more upfront and saying more than just script problems at RR. However, again, hands probably tied.

                                                          Just really really sucks when waiting.

                                                          Luckily, we got ours back up and running.

                                                          *TIP* The sooner that replies to bill card on file are made, the less chances of a missed billing cycle and the 3/4/5/6 month wait for RR to get the accounts activated and card billed.

                                                          Devin did good on it and we are all good now. Just have patience and get at him every so often, that's all the advice I can give.
