    Looking for new recipes/dishes

    I'm putting forth the effort of trying a completely new meal every week. Doesn't have to be fancy, just something I've never had before. Would love some recommendations from you all, throw out your favorite recipes. It can be something basic (I may not have had it before) or relatively exotic. I'm not looking for something that takes eight hours to make, unless it's a stew/crockpot dish.

    I like almost any style of food. Thanks!

      try putting gorgonzola cheese on a steak. about 2 minutes before it is ready to eat. let it melt just enough to blend the chunks together and cover the meat.

      or, chicken bryan from carraba's...a lemon rue with plenty of basil and sundried tomato pieces over a chicken breast . you can add goat cheese pieces on top of that.
