The letter writer is a crazy Elvis impersonator, I shit you not. The Texas plant was fined for safety violations last year. It started as a small fire but with huge tanks of chemicals it became an explosion.
Funny Rick Perry called President Obama and they are sending federal aid right away. Obama should of said you wanted to secede so I assume you got it all handled down there. Good bye.
