So you think that even through is was through intermediary banks that this is true? These wires take on average 5 days from the UK to Italy.
The wire has to go through more than just the sending and receiving banks. Wonder why they want the company name if they don't need it, lol.

18 hours after this email you wrote me

"Well once again it seems you have gone silent. It would appear that you are not going to do the right thing. It's late in the day there and I've heard nothing. If I don't hear something positive from you in the next hour from now I will be turning this in to a blazing fire of hell! Not a threat just the plain truth. See ya on ALL the boards, oh and back on GFY. I'm putting together a list of the pure lies that you posted on GFY plus other documents I have from this transaction. We are filing a fraudulent transaction claim with are bank as well. Ready to rock?"

So I offered my help to fix this issue and I have to get insulted in each email? Plus you contacted ppl that i work with like Lykos telling that you are going "to do a war" to me?
We are not in jungle. Try to be professional and please write emails with less insults and more details and you'll see that things will be fixed pretty soon.

So my question is: do you want to fix this issue (even if I'm not responsible for anything but since there's my name i feel involved) or do you prefer going on with insults and BS?

What drives me crazy is that he claims to have sent dozens and dozens of emails. I don't know if it's true or not.

Now, if you get an email like that would you think that this guy is the classic crazy user or a webmaster trying to communicate with you? To be honest I consider this kind of email pure spam. There is nothing regarding a possible issue in this email, no information or anything else.

I just asked him several times the receipt of the wire, nothing received yet. I'm not saying that he's wrong, I want just to go deeper.

It seems you like to be more a show man than a business man, so what I ask you is to have the owner of the company you work for contacting me regarding this matter. My communication with you ends here cause it's not possible to work with crazy people like you, totally unable to put together two sentences without an insult in the middle.

You can go on posting whatever you want here, it seems that you like a lot more doing your show instead of fixing some issues.

Again, you have my email, so now tell to who's in charge that since I consider you unable to keep a civil conversation I really want to deal with someone with a little more brain than you.

So... long short story...

1. Sixpack opens a thread regarding my company without contacting my company before
2. I jumped in this thread saying to contact me
3. He wrote me emails full of insults
4. We hardly found what went wrong and we offered to help him
5. He kept with the insults
6. I said that I thought to be able give him an answer by monday evening
7. After 24 hours he sent me an email and after 10 minutes he wrote on the board....

now... who's the clown?

We offered to help him and we investigated a found the issue, ready to get the refund and going after the guy who's done the scam. No, he keeps insulting. GFY

3) If refund, is the bank doing the refund or simons? If simons, is he eating the loss?

If I was to respond to someone like sixpacks I would say this:

That's what I did:

I hired a guy to sell something on behalf of me. He scammed sixpack by selling content at a crazy low price. He got the money on his back account. I was totally not aware of ANYTHING.

In fact the first (and only) time we got an email from this sixpack to one of our OFFICIAL email addresses we "WTF! Who's this drunk crazy looser?" Not because we did know sixpack but the email was like "THIEF JAIL MONEY NOT ONLINE ANYMORE".

Now the problem is... who's in charge of everything? That's why I spent all my Monday dealing with my lawyer. Probably six-pack - judging how he writes and thinks - doesn't know how legal matters work and how much time they take.

At the end we decided to refund him by sending another wire to the same company that was scammed.

What drives me crazy is that we did something that we wasn't legally forced to do. I decided to refund the company he works for just because we are cool. And he keeps with his email full of things without any sense, insults and the show.

Actually sixpack could be sued for 2 offenses:

1) Publishing private data without being allowed by the other part involved.
2) Publishing private communication between two parts without the being allowed by the other part involved.

It's not so easy. The guy who's scammed him is not my employee since he doesn't work for me. He's just a sort of "broker" who gets % of the transaction. In fact he doesn't use any of our official email address.

So if a broker that you use scams someone on behalf of you, who's in charge of the scam?

Lets say that you contact me saying "hey, if you can sell that i give you %" ... and I "ok, i'll do" and then I'll use this info to scam people getting money on my personal bank account. Is it your fault? Are you responsible for my scam?

I agree! But again what drives me crazy is:

1) Sixpack never sent any email to an official @dudescash.com email account. He just sent one email full of insults and NOTHING ELSE to an address we use for customer care of paysite members

2) He decided to open this thread BEFORE contacting US

3) After I asked him to send us some evidences regarding the issue he start sending several emails full of insults, threats and other weird things.

I asked him to deal directly with the director/owner of the company he works for. It seems to be a company based in UK. Tomorrow I'll be in London to sign a contract so we can fix the issue face to face but it seems impossible.
