So I lost more than my income, I need $1,000 took from elsewhere to cover the hole I made. One could say, hey, but what if bitcoins value $12,000, twice... yes but I can invest in Wall Street or go play Vegas when I want with my dollars, in any case, and I don't do it.

Yes that is a key problem of bitcoins,there should be an spinoff called "fixedcoins" which would be same principle but with fixed value.

This should help restore consumer confidence after a decade+ of shady billing practices. Giving the buyer control, instead of forcing them to hand every shady cunt their credit card details and hoping for the best. Maybe people will actually buy porn again.
