Yea pretty much.. I mean I know there are true "conspiracies" and of course the govt has done things that are completely out of line and unacceptable. Yes, there are govt related conspiracies, but these guys here on GFY are just off the deep end.

I guess Fast and Furious didn't happen or the hundreds of other documented instances where the government plots devious events to happen...sometimes they follow through with them and sometimes they don't. And sometimes it goes wrong and the patsy or patsies go rogue...
No one knows what happened here, but to dismiss this because you think the government "would never do that" is beyond absurd. One thing is true- we'll never get the FULL story from the mainstream media or from "officials", because they have absolutely no reason to tell it

The lack of a suicide bomber probably means this isn't Islamic extremist terrorism.
The 12 second delay between the two bombs is interesting. That could mean they used a cell phone to detonate the first one, waited for the sound of the explosion to reach them and then called in the next one. So you figure a couple seconds for it to register with the bomber that he's hearing the explosion and then another five seconds to end that call and make the next call (assuming it's on speed dial). Now you factor in the speed of sound and you've got an approximate radius of where this person was at.Comment

I never understood the concept of a suicide bomber. If you are going to have someone dedicated to your cause, why have them kill themselves?
This case is a great example. Why should they use a suicide bomber when leaving a package and walking away does just as much damage, and then they can do it again.
I can see it if it's a huge car bomb and it will kill hundreds of people, but in a small attack like this it's pointless.Herschel Savage

Suicide bombing volunteers are a dime a dozen. It's not the masterminds doing the bombing. It's the ignorant. So they could care less about the collateral loss.
So if you want to do the most damage, why wouldn't you have someone walk into a crowd of people instead of trying to anticipate the proper place to hide a bomb.★★★

The Islamic's use suicide bombers in the middle east because volunteers are easy to come by and it's easier to just push a button than sneak a bomb somewhere and hope it stays hidden long enough to set off. They also don't have to worry about anyone getting caught and leading the authorities back to the people running things.
In the US they don't have such easy access to people willing to blow themselves up, because in the US people have a future. The park bench, someone was standing on it, in first pic. Appears he had a backpack on in first picture but second picture it's hard to tell if he still had it on. It was a low resting backpack, and it's hard to see any straps on the second pic.
The news is still saying they are holding a Saudi national that was likely here on a student visa and they have already searched his apartment as well as questioned two others, as well as took their passports.

I'd think, it would still be hard to do two bombs with one back pack, however there were reports yesterday of a guy that was seen with 2 backpacks.

You see a little bit of it between the two guys wearing the black jackets with yellow stripes on their sleeves.
