    CCBILL step in baby

    Few months ago I created an account on ccbill. After the whole verification proccess my account was activated and ready to go. Couldnt be more than happy when received the activation emails from cbbill. Hired an developer in same day from freelancer , created a milestone and he start working right away. On 2013-04-02 the develper have finished the gateway he informed me about that and wanted myself to test the payment system to see how is working. I couldn`t test the system with two different cards from two different local banks because both transactions have been denied with this message: Card Declined at Pre-Auth. Same day sent an email to ccbill and they have confirmed is kinda a anti-fraud filter which is activated and said will contact the client risk department and will reply to me SOON. No answer so far. Been patience but now lost my patience after 14 days of waiting.
    My ccbill account is 945679.

                  Sometimes it feels like some asshole must have bought ccbill only for the purposes of pulling the ladder up for all the smaller players so they can get nowhere in order to keep the competition down. It's hard to understand some of the bizarre things they are doing like making porn customers call them and all the ridiculous declines.

                      Had them do that to my card on my own program as well.

                      Log into ccbill and contact the live chat support to start. they may be able to help you.

                      Also they can do the test sign ups as well.
