Is the TV show - "Bait CAR" - racist?

They show 8 episodes (Back-2-Back) each weekend here in the UK...

Thats four hours a week....

I have been watching it for about 5 weeks now...

Thats nearly 24 hours worth of footage... Footage from LA, Chicago, and Phoenix...

YET... I am still waiting to see a WHITE car thief!

Do they edit the white guys out, or do only Black dudes steal cars?

They put them in high crime area's...I am pretty sure I've seen a few white and spanish dudes on the show, but not many. The best is the guy who knows its a bait car and drives around with the door open and says hi to the cameras and says "Im on bait car" or something like that.

LOL I said the same thing. They drop the car off in a 99% black neighborhood so what do you think haha. One time they dropped the car off running with 10 black dudes 10 feet from the car. Maybe not racist but it is like they are setting their asses up.
Did you see the one where the guy said he was taking the car to the police station because he didn't want it to get stolen HAHAHA

Thats because if they drop it in the 99% white neighborhood. There is a good chance someone will call the police before someone steals it.

you have to know what your doing some things they are not prepared for you can see it by watching the show. they did this kind of thing on cops. expensive bike to put it in felony range. leave it un chained at a store! just sitting there.

There's been plenty of caucasian suspects on First 48. However, as a % of their overall race, blacks kill at a much higher rate than whites. First 48 selects the police departments of large populated urban areas with high murder rates to film their show. Those cities usually have a large amount of gangs and happen to be highly populated with minorities so naturally you're gonna have more blacks on the show.

I've seen only a handful of white guys get busted. Mostly I see blacks and Mexican guys getting busted. I love the look on their face when the police get behind them and they kill the car, that is too funny. They always try and claim they were taking the car to the police station, hahaha. I have also seen quite a few girls get busted.
