Anybody here sell [used to sell] paintings online

Any pointers, experiences? Any online galleries, where you had listed some paintings and had decent success? Asking for a friend of mine, I don't really know much about art.

ebay and Fineartamerica.com FAA is one of the best can register as collector or artist/photographer and sell whatever free.

What price range if you don't mind me asking; he sells his for $3000 and up, normally lists them at online galleries, and they get their cut (I think 30% and more). Is ebay good for this price range paintings or is it more for the cheaper ones?

It is not only for prints it's for everything, you can search originals. Even search by "Recently sold"

I did, checked the sell-art-online.html page too, it says "selling prints and greeting cards." Either way, I will send him the link, he might find something useful, it looks like they allow artists to advertise / anounce their upcoming events, etc.
