Odds are you won't ever see an offer near that again. Sounds to me like they will come after it via legal means. Looks like you just cost yourself $10k+ attorney fees + time. Good luck.

This thread is pure bullshit, or at least the part about asking for $80k and being offered $10k, which is why he never updated it till 'forced to' by the bumps.

Someone offers twice what something is worth and you turn 'em down? I think not.
