It's actually very possible. Although I do have yet to see a former porn girl attain the top of the A list status yet.

In other words I very much doubt we'll ever see this one or Sasha Grey get the starring role in a major flick. Supporting roles only.

And I'm sure HBO cares a lot less about the porn background than Hollywood does.
