    Please support my ride to conquer lung cancer!

    Hey guys, ok this isn't the best place to do it, but if I get only one donation it will be worth! On july 6th, I'll be biking to conquer cancer from Montreal to Quebec city (about 250km / 160miles). If you're a biker like me, you'll agree it's a nice ride, and if you're not you'll probably say this guy is crazy. Well, to be honest, when you do it for a good cause, it gets much more easy, but it's still a nice challenge.

    My goal is to raise at least $2500, and I decided to give it to the lung cancer research. I'm born with severe asthma, and I've been taking medication since and will take them for my life. And as it wasn't enough, last year we found out and removed a tumor in my left bronchus which was blocking 90% of the lung. I'm already at my 3rd surgery, so lungs are something I'm a bit sentimental with...

          We're doing a bike event this weekend where I'll be pedaling for 9 hours in my driveway (with a kurt kinetic) while we collect funds from cards and pedestrians. To distribute flyers this week my daughter went door to door and came back with $300 up to now, so we are at $822.50 up to now. Let's hope I get some of your success man!

Sorry that you are having your own problems but glad you have made it through. I lost my dad to lung cancer and my mom to emphysema so I understand just how hard it can be to deal with it and that is without me having it personally. Will be donating and hope you raise much more than your goal! I don't know if you have ever used it but you may also consider using :
