You cant neg on a deal later, that's poor business to put it lightly. Secondly, they shouldn't make deals that are gambles for them and then neg on them any time it doesn't work out. that's crap!
i remember paying out $40+ on free joins, i didn't shit can every affiliate just because their joins didn't retain(if anything id move them to paid trails and still pay on the free). that was the gamble I took, therefore I should suffer MY consequences, instead of just taking YOUR pay to even my own odds!Comment

OK adendreams, few more details here (though most of them were told to you by me via chat):

You promoted ImLive with type of incentivized traffic and by chat traffic which both are forbidden by us and are against our terms of use,as you confirmed me yourself that your top model sent her ImLive link for users to register via Skype (also,from your descriptions here its obvious you know excatly all your users and have their IM's).
2. With this-no one said or blamed you in Fraud malicious Activity or that your users are not real.
3. The vast majority of the users you have brought by this forbidden method werent even charged on our systems as they were flagged and are considered as Null signups on our side.
4. Also you are forgetting to ad that I had banners right on my home page (which I activated and proved for you - and sent a link) IM via skype is only one way out of many that I promote. The point is that I brought top talent to ImLive and they brought some of their paying customers. LEGIT paying customers that were simply holding their credits until our shows started.
You did NOT say that my using skype to promote had ANYTHING TO DO with why I got banned. You only said that " %90 of the users that sign DIDNT SPEND even 1 cent and many that did CHB"
THE ONLY reason any of them would have charged back is AFTER you terminated my account and I had to post that the shows would no longer be held on ImLive. So IF there were chargebacks its due to YOUR pulling my account prematurely.
So to summarize - you banned me for one of these reasons or both:
1. You suspected fraud. (there was no fraud)
2. You assumed my traffic was going to lose you money (but you have no way of knowing since you banned my users prior to 2 weeks passing)
The fact that I may have bent some of your fine print rules and regs (Im still waiting to see them - please feel free to paste them on this thread) had absolutely nothing to do with WHY YOU BANNED ME - you only learned that yesterday by me telling you.

Please explain how the traffic Aden sent was incentivized? It would be one thing if the model said to her customers, "sign up via this link and I'll give you free private shows", but as far as I know the members were not incentivized to sign up.
Also, I've never heard of "chat traffic" in a TOS refer to giving out an affiliate link via instant messenger to someone you already have a relationship with (model to member). It almost always refers to mass spamming your link in chat rooms or making wild promises via instant messenger/chat rooms to get the signup, then never fulfilling the promises. (ie. there is no downside here whatsoever with ANY form of communication the model may have with a member - I can see this applying to phillppeano scammers but has no bearing on my case. What this is is PURE LUCK - this is Oren getting lucky that I told him yesterday that I may have bent rules that I had no idea existed, and have no detrimental effect on the business relationship anyway.

HUH? This makes zero sense. I am ONLY asking for payment on the joins I was fully credited for. Are you saying that you credit webmasters for joins prior to them successfully singing up - you credit aff's for null joins?
I have pissed off guys saying my models scammed them because they never appeared on IMLive - AND that they lost their credits and are locked out of their accounts. Of course in a banner there's space for just "up to $300 pps", but when you go signup a program you click a button "I've read and agree the terms", if in terms there's written you're not paid if your site got green color background, and you busted with site having green background, that's it, your fault and not site's.Comment

I can see both sides of this story. The ridiculous PPS amounts Pussycash offer positively invite fraud, and their fraud department must be extremely overworked and of course will occasionally catch legitimate affiliates in their net.
I can see why they haven't paid out yet, but I don't see why they couldn't just hold commissions pending furter investigations rather than just cancel accounts.
In this case, a fair resolution for me would be if Pussycash approved adendream's performers, unlocked the accounts of the members that signed up but held the PPS payouts for an agreed period (3 to 6 months for example).
This would cover them against this turning out to be the scam that they originally thought it to be but would show them to be fair for other affiliates watching.

I think in hindsight Aden probably wishes he would have just waited till his models were approved before he let his members know where the girls would be camming. Although, I'm sure he didn't figure on it taking over 2 weeks to get a camgirl account approved.

Never used the program, don't know the people, but I do know as an independent affiliate that a TOS is generally written as a long form of "we can terminate you if we feel it's in our best interest" and that, as they say, is that.
I mean just look at the sections that describe ways you may promote in many TOS's. The short form of that is "you must ask us if it's OK to promote us in any way." and again, this is not picking on any one company, read your TOS' people. It's incumbent upon the affiliate to check TOS for changes as well.. what applies today may not apply later today.

By the way, often the filipino chat traffic guys who I ban from my program, say "but I do all ok in other program", then as proof, sends me screenshots of what they say it is their good results in other programs, with stats; and at least couple of times this was pussycash stats. It was $50 pps's or so, not bigger. Could be it was fake, but if not, I wonder.Comment

Again, I've read how Aden sent traffic and read the entire TOS, there was no violation, what are you referring to? They claim he incentivized his traffic to signup, which he didn't.
