    Tubes and Content Partnerships

What are the top five? Ten?

I submit to Xhamster and have success there. I like the fact that they allow videos to be rotated out. I have also successfully submitted to youporn and pornhub, however I haven't been uploading consistently in quite sometime and may not again.

I just signed up to Judoporn and I am all in there, I love the model and want to support it.

I am also considering uploading to Redtube.com.

In a nutshell, I want to support the tubes that have sustainable models fully and consider supporting the tubes that will start putting themselves in the content producers shoes.

Are there any other tubes that are innovative and worth supporting?

    Let me bump this up.

First, very excited you hopped on board judo.

There is an interesting thread peabody started, not long ago. Cant post the link right now because I'm on my phone.

Basically it was asking for more returns from a tube site. It was valid requests that I believe fell on deaf ears. The request was basically *better* banner spots on pages related to sponsor.

What has now been proven as fact from the very guy that started youporn is site sales to content producers is shit. He said that on this forum if you read his replies. Money on tubes are advertising, cams, dating and everything but site sales.

    Ruse, wanna chime in?

I can't even come up with a witty thing to say about tube promotion except xhamster yielded best results. That's why I started judo, just start with a new concept. Something fresh. Just takes like minded people with similar interests to act as one.

Funny how CONTENT PRODUCERS finally gave up.

At first they were mass DMCA's tubes like crazy some times ago, and then they lost the battle and finished giving their assholes up to get finally fucked with lube.

It's quite pathetic tho, that the same people blaming and sending DMCA's like crazy are now the first ones to try to make "business" and make "content partner deals".

      Fucking Hypocrites.

I'm confused. Are you talking about ruseful who stole everyone's content to make youporn or are you talking about Todd who is asking if any tubes exist worth his time?

I have never sent a DMCA. I put up content on youporn.com in year one for nothing but internally coded link back. I then watched it convert at 1 in 20k at lost interest. Since then I have mostly watched from the sidelines as the tube model grew and "evolved".

I also watched as the economy collapsed in tandem and the lazy online adult community (myself included) sat on its collective ass counting on the same model to work forever.

Am I a tube fan boy? Absolutely not. I would be making much more money without the tubes. However as my post states, I have had a few successes here and there and I am now also supporting a twist on the model that seems to preserve a sustainable ecosystem.

Tubes aren't going away, so perhaps if the content producers support the right ones and push the others to evolve (as they will have to) they can be a part of the solution.

I am interested in the long term.

I think tube sites will have to evolve or they will simply kill that which they feed off. If content producers give up or move into different areas, there'll be no fresh content for the tubes.

Yanks, You've got great content as I've seen your videos on the tubes you've already mentioned. Curious if you've considered trying niche tubes for some of your content? Some of the older ladies you could upload to mature or slut wife tubes. The younger girls you've got could fit the bill on a teen niche tube...ebony/black niche, lesbian, hairy, etc. I've found that some of the niche tubes will convert better because their traffic is so specific and if you can find the good tubes in each niche you will then improve your ratios.

How exactly does JudoPorn work? I see sponsors are able to upload their own content to the site and get a percentage from sales generated to JudoPorn's Premium membership from those videos... But what are the premium members getting? And why is a paysite owner uploading HIS paysite videos to give premium members to another site?

I disagree. The "same model" HAS worked forever and will keep on working...unless the very product you are selling is being given away for free.

The "model" is sex. Sex has, does, and always will sell. Unless it is given away for free of course. (not talking about samples of course, I'm talking about full site rips and full scenes by the hundreds of thousands all over the net)

I can't think of many businesses that could survive something like that. It's a testament to the fact that the "old model" (creating porn and selling it) still makes enough money to keep the industry alive.
If this were the auto industry, or food industry, or pretty much any other business on Earth they would have already closed up shop and be extinct.

I know what you're saying. You're trying to find some way to make sales in the middle of a piracy and free full scenes shitstorm.

But in the end...giving everything away for free is not a business model.
It's simply giving away THE product that would make the most money in favor of crumbs.

Feel free to send me an email. In a nutshell... our partners are uploading a *portion*. Only paying members would ever be able to see the full vid, and then of course if that member likes what they see they can click over to partner site, in this case yanks.com, and pay for a full site membership.

On the surface (free surfers), they are just seeing a trailer and links and banners back, same as a free tube.

So the *model* is giving what a free tube site offers, branding, exposure and the CTR. But then if surfer found Judo through a partner video and buys premium, that sponsor get's 50% of sale. Then the surfers who land on home page, credit is also given to one of the partners regardless. It's a site giving away 50% of membership sales.

It would not have worked in 2008... it can work now because of where the industry is at.

Just one model in a sea of ideas that could help *redirect* traffic from *totally free* porn sites. Lots of partners, lots of variety, a premium site well worth the cost of membership (HD and High Quality), always updating.. etc. That's the idea.

Not much to debate here and I am sure we are on the same side of the fight. However, if I was to rephrase, I would say that we all got complacent and allowed for the tube situation to happen. Adult has traditionally led the way with tech, but once we all got fat and happy we let our advantage slip to mainstream and those who gamed the system.

Now we better figure out how to make the current state work.
