Might work with fiverr for me since I want fan signs for my cam wl, not sure how many of them will hold a sign saying my adult cam domain though

It's against Fiverr's rules for nudity, but you can get some pretty provocative ones done. The real key is avoiding the the ones that obviously are photoshopping your message onto some picture that you do not know is of them or not. Read the reviews and go for the ones with a lot of positive reviews. Pay close attention to any negative reviews.
A lot of them have twitter accounts and you can post your fansign to your twitter, mention them and they will retweet.
It's difficult to find models you can rely on to do fan signs these days, or certainly not as easy as it once was. I've seen in some cases people wanting to actual charge webmasters $$ for a fansign, that you use to promote them. There's certainly a few models that do them, but it's not like it was even 5 years ago where models **wanted** to help you promote them and were willing to help you get the materials to assist you.
You'd be awfully surprised how many will do fansigns for adult. The ones who will not do adult usually state it right in their fansign "gig description". If in doubt, send them a message through Fiverr and ask them if they would do adult fansigns. I have bought a shit ton of them on Fiverr for mainstream projects, those aren't nude but cute outfits and 1 bikini. Bought 2 for an adult site, one was lingerie and the other nude with some hand placements to cover the goods. Majority won't do adult but their description will usually tell if they will and if not you can message them and ask before ordering. Just watch out for the photoshop ones, look for previous samples or hit "Haz Video" which means chick is giving video introduction to the Gig so ya know she is live. Seen a few people there that buy a set from a model and then relist them as a new gig and just photoshop the pics over and over until the original model finds it and has it deleted.Comment
