Most of the big sites already have people doing it, I know we don't accept any more affils promoting this way. Your best bet is to target niche heavy sites and flood the keywords. But even then, finding programs that'll let you will still be rough.

Key is still the same; finding something quality that's not already on your submitting spots.
The sites of ours with under promotion are Ladyboypussy and LadyboysFuckedBareback. Both still update with brand new episodes that no one's touched. LadyboyGold has a few submitters for it but even they only get to about 1/20th of the content for the site.
