Apparently they did it to troll a broke-ass Romanian faggot into crying about it forever. Seems to have worked.

CEO of "Goaaagoagle" confirmed it to me an hour ago. They didn't say "faggot" though, I believe their exact words were "spamming fuckwit loser".

does anyone finding it hard to rank AWE's WL sites? |
Hello everybody,
First of all I apologize for the slow response.... This is what came out from our Google experts: WHAT HAPPENED The drops in Google rankings are not caused by anything fishy we did. A penalty hasbeen applied by Google due to the very nature of all whitelabel networks in the industry. Any whitelabel network may be hit in the future, too. Only Google?s search engineers would know when and what penalties will be assigned to which network. Indentifying harmful techniques of the WL Network is subject of an operation in May. WHAT WE DO We are developing unique content creation mechanisms for improved SEO performance. These changes may require more editing of the sites' content and/or structure, but they will also make your sites more future proof against any further penalties. Once the changes are in place, we will submit a blanket Reconsideration Request to Google on behalf of the entire network. These systemwide changes will not fix any penalties you might have individually received from e.g. having built spammy backlinks. WHAT?S NOT RECOMMENDED FOR WEBMASTER Please don?t submit Reconsideration Request individually will be done through one unique process for the whole network WHAT?S AHEAD US Expect a minimal timeframe of several months, although we cannot make any commitments on behalf of Google. The goal is to provide hasslefree creation of unique and compelling content that we will support with systemwide changes to be announced later. It?s important to understand Google?s view which is about added value. Added value in Google?s eye results in rankings, there is no pure technical way to get through this axiome. |

I just put up an AWE WL in hopes that many other WL operators will give up or move to other platforms over this (and other) issues, thinning the herd of me-too competitors -- but I'm also not trying to take the typical lazy webmaster route to using it and have some different implementation ideas. Having said that, what Google thinks of my WL is the least of my problems with it |

ha, ha, ha...so now I am ranking well in google (around 700 hits a day) with a old domain which is redirecting to my AWE whitelabel which got sandboxed recently.
who said here something about Google algo being smart? |

1.4k a day yesterday. i know it wont last, but hey its plain php redirect to sandboxed site and google isnt even able to figure it out. |
Clearly those whitelabels were taking up positions that would be better occupied by tubes.
