    ZoxEmbedTube :: New CMS Launch

    Hey guys, I just wanted to thank everyone who has given ZoxEmbedTube a try so far and all the positive feedback. Today is the official launch of ZoxScripts and it's first product ZoxEmbedTube.

    Sorry if this thread is a little spammy, I worked hard on getting this script out so it would be great to see more people using it.

                  That is not my goal. I am building a business around creating web apps that people want. If they decide to use the cms or not is their choice and the issue of stolen content in my opinion is a shitty problem that I hope gets under control by people to continue having their content removed from tubes by dmca or by courts if applicable. I am a web developer, not the content police, and there is nothing illegal about the type of sites my cms will create.

                                  Calm down, I don't track every movement of the tubes, I was under the impression that a lot of programs now have accounts on these large tubes to upload their own videos to promote themselves on and any other program that takes their business seriously knows how to have their videos removed from the tubes. I don't run the large tubes, contact them with your concerns, not me.

                                                  They do, most of the smart webmasters take advantage of tube sites, instead of crying about them. Whether content is stolen or not, if it's watermarked and your site isn't shit, then you're getting excellent free advertising.

                                                                                  1) Are you able to dictate how the ads are displayed besides the video? Example, display ads based on the category or the model of the video in the video?

                                                                                  2) What happens to the video when it gets removed from the site it is scraping from? Does it auto delete it or just show a dead video?

                                                                                  3) Is there an option for the video to be downloaded?

                                                                                              Hello, this is the first version and there will be quite a few additions in the near future. As of right now there is not a built in ad manager but I have plans to add a basic one.

                                                                                              As well with the auto removing of deleted videos, this will be added in the coming versions as well.

                                                                                              There is no option to download the video since the videos are not hosted by you and most of the tubes don't seem to offer a video download link.

I say giver shit hot link the piss outta all the huge thieves and run their bandwidth costs up. Maybe, just maybe it will lower their margins enough to quit stealing. Then as a result the little hotlinkers go down also because of nothing left to hotlink.

Lets face it there isn't gonna be a damn thing done legislatively to prevent this type of theft and complaining about it isn't going to guilt those involved to stop filling up their bank accounts.

Then the video keeps popping back up under a new title and user, over and over and over again, one DMCA after another.
