what should you do if someone makes a complaint at one of your porn movies?

I own some porn websites and I have some questions but I can't find the right answers so I would appreciate some help from you guys..please...

    1. What I need to do so I will not violate copyright for porn movies?
    2. What I have to do if someone makes a complaint for one of my hosted movies and how I can be sure he is the owner of the movie or how can I check if he has the right to do that ? ..and how can I protect myself from that? is it enough if I just remove the video?

If it's not yours, don't use it.

This isn't always the case. Sometimes people just love to complain or spam through the complaints button. If the person uploading the video has proof then check first and verify - if they can't then remove. Stealing content is one thing - taking it from affiliate programs and uploading it is another. Make sure you know where the content is coming from

At the bottom of the page of every video add a link for copyright theft. Like xvideos.

I have seen blogs that have affiliate galleries and somebody in the comments was complaining that the blog owner was stealing. Some people don't know about affiliates.

How do you check if the person uploading it has the right to do it? You don't care so much about that proof, right?
