What does GFY recommend for setting up basic TGP posts using WordPress?

What is your typical work flow to do this?

With links at the top and a couple of banners

what is TGP? it is 2013 not 1994

typical work flow should involve good text based blog post with video content that appeals to your target audience

TGP are good for strong backlinks.. so are galleries.. especially galleries.

Failing Model, TGPs work Great, just like tubes

We still do 5-20 sales per day from TGP posts... (We post a ton of these)

So we are just looking for some better control over ads and what not.

Can anyone suggest the right plugin or theme?

if you have a tgp design already, i can convert it to a theme for you. if i have time i could prob swing it for a few bucks. $5 maybe
