Jesus walking. They hurt. I'm no pansy, I got a shot in my finger when I cut it off and that is supposedly one that makes normal men scream and cry but I just laid there. When I was a boy my kidney failed and it felt like the descriptions I've heard of child birth, god damn it was awful. BREATHING HURT.

But just going in there for no reason and letting someone jab me with a needle for hours on end doesn't seem to make sense. Unless I was a part of some brotherhood or some shit.

I have one small tattoo, that's it

That said- tattoos CAN be useful because I noticed that a shocking number of women who have more than one LOVE being spanked

They are not that bad, but it depends on the area. Also I have noticed the more you know the person tattooing the shorter the time I can sit.

Me, i have a lot of tatts but i wouldnt say I enjoy getting them. Some areas are ok and I dont mind being tattooed there. However, some spots like elbow, inside of my upper arm, my balls, shin are not enjoyable for me at all.

But there are some people that enjoy this pain as just like some people like to be whipped or kicked on the balls.

so, technically, ur not actually 'enjoying' or 'addicted to' tattoos.. ur enjoying/addicted to the pain it causes and after affects

same goes with piercings

They definitely do hurt thats for sure but once you're around 15-20 minutes in...the area just kind of goes numb from pain. You have to almost take yourself out of body and not think about the pain or whats physically going on around you at the time. The worst is when they stop to take a break, then get back into your tattoo sesh. Its like you start from square one again in regard to pain control. Its not fun, but you feel somewhat accomplished after, least i did.

I find them more of a nuisance than a pain. I've got 2 half sleeves and a quarter of my back. SOme areas definitely have a bit of pain to them, but after a few minutes, the skin goes into shock, and the feeling of pain is gone.

All in all, it's the end result that we love, and sitting through a long session makes you feel like you "earned" the ink.

I find the healing process to be worse than the tattooing process. A full two or three days walking around with raw skin is much worse than a few hours of needling.

Jesus man mine took about a half of an hour and that was enough for ME.

The most painful things I have done were, having a kidney fail when I was a child, cutting my finger almost off, and letting a woman whip me. LoL.

Anyway I forgot the whole point of this, I was thinking about having a dry tattoo done now and again to keep my pain tolerance up.. But I could never be as tough as these guys who go and get these huge tats all over them all of the time!
