Once someone already has there gun pulled on you, there is not a lot you are going to do when you have to somehow manage to get your concealed gun out of it's holster with out them shooting you.

You would have better luck trying to get the gun out of his hands then think you are going to be some cowboy and manage to out draw a guy that already has his gun pointed at you.

meaning you are just as likely to take bullets by having no gun or your two guns. It's makes no difference unless you draw first. The only difference it makes is the fact that "maybe" if he's a really bad shot you might get to shoot back after he's already shot you.
