    A username and password are being requested by http://tools.fetishhits.com. The site says: "Webmasters Area"

                      Looks to be ZeroHero's sig, where he copied the image location of where it's shown inside FH rather than using the img src given.

                      It should look like:

                      with no pop-up login issue.

                              Dude, I looked at the source code of the GFY pages causing the pop-ups and saw the 'tools.fetishhits.com/fhbanner/fh-624x80.gif' banner in your sig. The same login error popped when I viewed your 'about me' on your member profile page this morning. Furthermore, after logging into FH to grab the illustrative banner above, the banner in your sig showed (it didn't when it was popping the login box).

                              So, it seems there are three possibilities:
                              1. You grabbed the wrong image code, have since fixed it, but are too embarrassed to admit the mistake.
                              2. Someone is changing your sig without your knowledge.
                              3. Someone with authority changed your sig to correct the error.

                              Either way, no harm no foul. But your sig was the issue.

                                      As for the signature banner source the hot link code has this banner source:

                                      not:

                                      Please use the codes as they are displayed in the form box below the banners and everything should work fine.
