2) google dont like dups. and there are already shitload of sites doing this with free scripts.

3) They change their markup quite often so you gotta keep updating your scraper.

4) they have questionable/ other contents which they dont have rights, and obviously i dont want that on my tube.

There aren't many tube scripts out there that are completely autopilot and give you the breadth of videos as this script [i'm sure people that visit our demo will agree].
Xvideos is one of the few big players that went through litigation and are required to scan all their uploads for infringing content. I can't speak on whether or not it works, but they are pretty responsive to take down requests since more than half their video ids don't work.
Our script allows the webmasters to easily takedown videos if they receive a takedown request so we're following the guidelines of dmca.

We have no issue updating our backend to work with xvideos video dump changes since we actually have our own projects that run off this API. If this API doesn't work, our own sites would go down so we're on top it!
