We learned that the for-some-reason-often-praised Condi Rice's own people told her that the aluminum tubes were NOT suitable for refining uranium and they were being used for making mortars PRIOR to her making the parroted speech about the possibility of weapons of mass destruction proof coming in the form of a mushroom cloud.
