if i was just hanging out on a park picnic table minding my business and out of the corner of my eye i see somebody coming at me from behind at full fucking speed, i am going to think that person is aggressively charging me and i am going to react, not respond, because it's startling.

now if i were a cop minding my own business and that happens, i am going to take real action- people cannot just charge at cops because it's fun or fucks with them but doesn't break any laws, per se.

the action those cops took was the wrong one, nevertheless, they were being aggressively charged upon and should do something.

A major issue is once convicted of domestic violence you are no longer allowed to own a firearm. Not that big a deal if you are a stock broker, plumber, etc. It is however a problem if your job requires you to carry a firearm. A cop convicted is a cop out of work something wife's are aware of.

I had a friend get arrested for saying "horses suck" to a female police officer riding a horse. then I, being the smartass that I am, got arrested for not leaving the scene and asking the cops if "this is still a free country".....that was in like 1997 I think. spring break in Daytona beach.
