I lived in Toronto for 6 months and loved every minute of it, never had a car, walked everywhere even tho I lived there October - April, thru winter. I rented a car a couple of times as well and never found the traffic to be overly annoying, maybe I got lucky I guess but still, I've been in LA traffic, New York City traffic and Toronto isn't even close to being as bad as that.

I went to wash my car on Saturday, I drove a total of KMs, Round trip with washing my car was 2.5 hours. I spend .5 hours washing my car. If you can still like a city after that then come take my place!

Also you say everyone hates it? Pretty sure the real estate market would disagree. Toronto continues to grow and grow so obviously people want to be here.
