My friends and I use to talk to older men as a 14 year old. Then send them to the house across the street where nobody lived, When the guy when to the door my friends jumped out of the wood and trashed his car, breaking the windows and ran off into the woods.
Got away with it at least 50 times before the guy called the cops. We were all arrested and even the guy who called the cops was too LOL.
All charges were dropped and we were not allowed to set up sex pigs anymore

I am not shocked by the numbers...they have been that way since time began and will continue until as long as people exist (locking them up will not matter since just like someone turns 18, new ones are born every day to take their place).

Why go through all that hassle when they can just go to where Filipinos are working on webcam? Many of them are pimping out their underage relatives. No idea how these cam networks have not totally banned that country from broadcasting.

And that's why they aren't being prosecuted... they can't really press charges either for contacting a fake girl. I don't know how it works in the US but there is no such thing as 'thought crimes' here. They can't say they were soliciting a minor if the girl was not real.

Yes, they can and do arrest and lock people up all the time for this sort of entrapment. Standard operating procedure for cops in the US. Don't have enough criminals...let's create some. Keeps the private for profit prisons full and looks great on paper when they justify their jobs.
