Keurig (K-cups) coffee - favorite flavors?

Last year the wife and I picked up a Keurig coffeemaker and have been tryin' out a variety of K-cup flavors.

So far I seem to have settled on the Revv and Black Tiger brands.

Any other K-cup people with other favorites?

I also like Revv but lately I haven't been able to find it in stores around here so I have been buying just regular Starbucks K-Cups. I drink a TON of coffee daily though so these K-Cups become expensive.

Depends, Most of the Wolfgang Puck flavors, as well as Emril's I primarily use fresh beans in a French press, but use the Kcups as a quick coffee throughout the day, I think I will go grab one

I'm hooked on the white chocolate, too...melt a few marshmellows in with it.

We've only got one local store that stocks the Revv - and they just bumped their price from 75cents to .99 per k-cup - they said the increase was at the supplier level.

I'm startin' to like the Timothy's expresso brand lately, too.

I like my coffee bold, so I'm partial to the Barrista's Italian Roast - set to the standard coffee cup size if yours has that option.

Don't waste your money on the refillable cartridge thingie - you've got to pack it slam full to get a decent cup out of it.

do any of you guys drink regular coffee anymore? The calories packed hot milkshakes you're used to are far from real coffee... and by the sound of these flavours (milk chocolate? isn't that hot coco?) it sounds like the same sweet girly drinks

I find the Jet Fuel has a bit of after-taste, though. We started buying it along with the Revv at first.

Amazon would be cheaper...but we like to support the local economy. Two local girls opened a Jitters cafe franchise (since renamed to Sweet Little Cafe) and they stock over 200 brands of K-cups.

I prefer an extra bold, too. But the stronger taste means a lower caffeine since they roast the coffee beans longer to get the bolder flavor...which takes away more caffeine.

Ideally, I'd like an extra bold flavor with high caffeine.

I'm partial to Van Houtte French Roast -- it's a dark roast. However, to get the full flavour, choose the small cup ooption on your Keurig and not the full size/large one.

I'm also fond of Barrista's Italian Roast, but again, to get the full flavour, use the small/regular cup size and not the large one. It's a bit more bold than the French Roast, but both are a nice coffee.

Good advice - although I usually go with both a large & small portion (rotating the K-cup before the second cycle) to fill the thermos mug I take to work in the morning.

Exactly! These people are just following the crowd and you can't blame them for that .

I drink my coffee black, like my soul. If I want a sweet and hot beverage. I'll make a tea with some honey, with a splash of organic milk.

I like the revv, and the donut shop by green mountain. Didn't know that bolder = less caffeine. Now I have to rethink my coffees.

I just found this out myself not long ago. I always thought extra bold meant more caffeine, but apparently it's the opposite. So I've been told - the mild coffee actually has the higher caffeine levels.

arock10 has been telling me I need to get a keurig for a while now, I'm used to old fashion Folgers coffee and I'm not sure if I'd like any of this "gourmet" stuff.

I've only drank Starbucks coffee once in my life and I ended up just getting "plain coffee" because I stared at the board for 30 minutes trying to figure out wtf everything was.

Same, same. I've only been to a Starbucks once - and I wound up ordering a 'house blend' for lack of knowing what all the jumble on the menu was. Being ex-military...I just like my coffee bitter and black...stuff you can stand a spoon in straight-up.

I haven't seen Folgers in the K-cup variety yet, though. You could always use one of the refillable K-cup adapters and pack it with Folgers. You ain't limited to what's available in K-cup format.
