    does outsourcing / offshore work?

    having a hell of a time finding a reliable outsource staff.

    know guys that have good people for 400 or so a month but cant seem to work that out.

    any suggestions?

    if you know anyone like this im hiring for ongoing work!

          Hah, good for 400$. Only if you are very lucky after numerous trial and errors.

                      could go a bit higher but not too much.

                                      For that price you can hire decent php developer in house where you live. No point of outsourcing.

                                          You usually get what you pay for. You are VERY lucky if you find a solid, reliable, talented outsourced worker. And if you do find one, hold onto him and keep him happy.

                                                          Cherry pick. Find the right guy via an outsourcing company. Then get your ass to the 3rd world, get to know him, trust him with your business details. Keep him happy.

                                                          Profit!

                                                              I simply wouldnt have any trust in a person who claims they will work full time for 400 a month.

                                                              And even if they did have a suitable skillset, my concience would be compelled to at least triple that wage.

                                                              You will get far more loyalty,effort and pride in their work if you make an investment into people.

                                                              A 400 buck grunt, is only gonna leave you when someone else offers 420...then your back where you were...picking through the turds to find a lump of coal.

                                                                      Not really true... In US , Canada or EU, u can't get Senior for 2,700- 3,000 USD. No fucking way.... especially not someone who will make guarantee, pay penalties if he is late etc etc...

                                                                              In cheaper parts of EU you most definitely can. Most definitely. I assumed you were from Balkans (which is not EU).

                                                                                  Quick example. Ive been looking for a slicer for a while. Ive found someone i like.
                                                                                  He is from belarus .. his work is good he wants $6 an hour... I will try him out for a few weeks at his requested wage. If he turns into "the one" for me.. im gonna double his wage, $12 an hour. Not becuase i like to throw money away.. it's to promote loyalty. To make him feel valued and part of my team.

                                                                                  When you pay someone the minimum wage.. thats all you get from them. The minimum effort. Compare it to 1 dollar phillipino camgirls...What do they do? They turn thier cam on and go to sleep...
