    Living downtown

    I was recently thinking that with telecommuting etc that people would no longer feel any need to cluster. The efficiency achieved by doing such though is huge. I would love to move downtown in the states. I could ditch the car. Lower my carbon footprint etc. the idea of having the best that a city offers right at your fingertips is very appealing.

      I'm hoping to live long enough to see the phrase 'carbon footprint' vanish from the vernacular.
