Seriously though, You need to look at the population of USA Vs. Europe.

Is we go by 2008 numbers:

USA - 304 Million
Europe - 603 Million.

Is we took those earnings in to consideration, the Americans spend twice as much (Averaged) as the Europeans do at McDonalds.

I know what you mean - I asure you that I am no healthy food fanatic - I love meat and all the shit etc.
Anyway any meat from animal not grown natural way is some way poison - not mentioning all preservatives , sweeteners and other additives.Its really 1 big poison we eat - not just MCD - but they represent the present culture.
Plus - wtf - I am used to eat with fork and knife made of steel or something
