Yes, that is typical.

The first job will typically impress you, and from there you get a sliding scale that never matches up to the first efforts.

While not always the case, it happens more times than not. To protect yourself, I recommend you get a contract, payment milestones, and structure your deal in a way that they keep motivated to complete the work. It's long term better for everyone. They do not accuse you of adding in extra stuff that was not part of the project, they only get paid when they complete each phase, and so forth.

Hit these guys up, they are doing amazing job for us! www.mediainlimited.com . They ain't the cheapest ones but for sure they are one of very finest !

As far as I know they are from Belgrade, Serbia. Once you sign contract with them there are no delays, or other shit... They pay penalties if that happens. It's not like dealing with indians or chinese (no disrespect)... It's real company, my two cents...

stay far far away from odesk and elance or really be carefull
95% of the workers there spend 95% of the time bidding on jobs with perfect proposals and 5% of the time actually working lol
