Is there anyway to increase video quality from 280p to 1080p? Thanks a lot!

That is a huge increase. You can increase the actual size but the quality is going to be bad.

That's it exactly, just as you can stretch an image in photoshop, it's the exact same with video. There's a limited number of pixels, you can stretch them out to be any size, even 4k if you want, but it won't look good.

It can be done but it will look like ass...and theres no wa to prevent it from looking like ass.

Go back to the original camera masters and work from there, thats the best quality you can get

if they are decent quality dv you can get a reasonable HD video from them though 1080p is pushing it use 720p instead

The original copy needs to be filmed in 1080, of course from that you can downgrade size and quality but it will look shit if you try and export it from a 280 quality to 1080!

YouTube does it... I uploaded a video shot on my Nokia 6010 and it converted it to 1080p.

you can do that, but it won't look better and the file size would just be a lot bigger.
