                                          yeah the email belonged to another sarah that worked at the company before my time. she made those posts not me.

                                          And the time thing is?yeah?i'm aware?trying to figure out what to do about that. any suggestions are welcome

                                              Don't let people wander away. 5 minutes after called, disqualified if not ready to go. No substitutions. You have to be strict if you really plan on finishing in 2 hours. I'd just figure it won't happen if you have a lot of teams. You should probably limit that too.

                                                      agreed on all fronts. you could limit it to 32 teams, and do single elimination.
                                                      and I think the key is to have plenty of tables; 16 would be ideal so the whole first round can happen at the same time
