It's kinda a lower-grade Dreamweaver, with FTP and wysiwyg editor in one, plus probably other stuff by now - haven't played with it in years but it's still out there.

Better than Frontpage, though that's not saying much.

How about well you guys could bank a real thought saying i am sorta a celeb refering to avril and stern and all the porn webmasters that help me back in 2000 that i am a celeb..
