So my mums comeing over in April and I thought I would take her to a show - WTF!!!

I wont see her for mothers day so I thought I would do this instead.

I want to see 'The Book Of Mormon' - The seats are 100 quid each!

Then there would be a meal and drinks, a taxi home - Easily 400 pounds.

    That's US$600 for night out.

I'll send her a fucking card........

I never understand this. Whether you get ripped off or not, does it really matter if you have a wonderful, unique experience? Sure, you feel slighted, but you still have a wonderful time that you would not have otherwise.

Take your mum to the show, skip dinner.

i don't know why you would be complaining about the price of tickets when the food drink and transportation is four times the cost.
you don't know you're wearing a leash if you sit by the peg all day..

I haven't seen it myself, but the Book of Mormon is supposed to be the best and funniest of all of the shows to see. I'm sure it is money well spent. Forget the price and enjoy yourself!
