				 | Why Should Taxpayers Give Big Banks $83 Billion a Year? "So what if we told you that, by our calculations, the largest U.S. banks aren?t really profitable at all? What if the billions of dollars they allegedly earn for their shareholders were almost entirely a gift from U.S. taxpayers?" ~ Bloomberg News Editors http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2013-0...n-a-year-.html |

				 | You did see that it was the market giving them the extra profit based on the perceived backing of the US taxpayer. It did not come out of your pocket or paycheck. |

				 | Why should we give even more to green energy firms that end up going bankrupt then being bought by the Chinese for a much lower price? We've given FAR more to green energy firms, aka liberal allies then banks. The only difference is they never work and taxpayers never get their money back. Nor do they actually provide any services to the public since they are generally experimental, not actually working.

				 | 1 Shaniqua isn't a problem.. millions of Shaniqua's with 5 chillrens that will be doing the same thing = a huge problem.. and it's finally catching up. The new scam now is not only food stamps and welfare, it's also disability and claming adhd on your children for an extra 500 a month a head. In Florida it's nothing but perfectly health black people jumping out of a car sitting in a handicap spot to run into mcdonalds. |

				 | i was being sarcastic because i don't like that description of what is going on. it is corporate theft by means of government fraud. you are right about one thing though, it has all gotten way out of hand.

				 | Huge corporations in every sector get massive corporate welfare. Did ya'll know that the 10 most profitable companies paid an average of 9% in taxes in 2011? Sure, they're taking advantage of the tax rules, but here's the part you never hear about: they spend huge amounts of money on bribes, oops I mean lobbying and campaign contributions, to modify the tax code in their favor. Corporatism aka fascism FTW

Sheniqua spends every penny she gets, which in turn supports small businesses, as well as the larger corporations. Without the Sheniquas in the mix, the economy shrinks. Even the big corporations suffer. They are left to wonder where the customers are, and in turn lay even more workers off to maintain profitability. Here's a headline form just a couple of days ago... http://www.thedailybeast.com/article...with-them.html | |
