I have a feeling the GFY lady came from BlackBox stock photo CD's, they were all retro photos from the 40's and 50's, at one time EyeWire/Adobe sold it I think but I can't find it anywhere now.

GettyImages took over EyeWire .. but they still have their stuff .. EyeWire was a great stock photography site!
