True. Pornography is illegal in alot of places. I haven't read webcam stuff in itself is illegal. I don't know who would enforce that, but pretty much anything you do is illegal. The law is in there somewhere, I am sure.
Sex toys are now legal in Texas; however, a lot of people get into trouble with zoning issues for adult activities going on in their homes. Most areas have distance requirements from homes, schools, churches, etc for adult activities. Also, pandering is still on the books and used occasionally if actresses are paid for the performance. Me, I wouldn't go there cause Texas prisons suck like AZ only more sweaty due to higher humidity.
The overturning of the toys prohibition was based on the Lawrence decision which recognized an individual's right to private sexual relations with another person.
It had nothing to do with viewing, publication, or transmission of images.
When I had a USA tour vacation a few years back i was kinda sweaty entering Texas...
I constantly checked if i wasn't exceeding speed limit because i knew they have the death penalty over there...
Cam sites or performing for cam sites is illegal in most of the world, just not enforced or discussed about. First, where pornography it is illegal, camming should be illegal too:
Second, in several countries or regions, cam shows are considered (virtual) prostitution, not porn, so you should exclude places where prostitution (and pimping) it is not legal:
Further, even where it is not clearly illegal (still does not mean it is legal), would be interesting to see how many performers declare the cams income and pay tax on it. Not paying taxes in income (whatever its source) it is illegal worldwide.
So perhaps camming it is fully legal only in amsterdam, if the performer declare and pay tax from her private and tips.
