    FPCTraffic announces Trusted Advertisers program to combat malware

    I just posted this to the news section for our publishers;

    "February 12, 2013 - Although we have both proactive and reactive systems in place to detect malware and illegal content from advertisers at FPCTraffic, occasionally an advertiser will be able to slip in a bad landing page. Many times these are geo- and/or time-targetted. We usually can catch these right away, but not always with 100% effectiveness.

    Therefore, we have implemented a Trusted Advertisers program for our skimmed traffic publishers. If you are sending us skimmed traffic, and want to ensure that no malware or illegal sites are shown to your surfers, please contact us, and we'll show you how to implement this. Since the pool of advertisers for your traffic will be smaller, we may have to lower your rate of pay. But, this will be done on a case-by-case basis."

    We had this request from many publishers.

    If anyone has any questions, just hit me up!

          Well done Ravo.

          We do something similar at Trafficshop. We let the publishers decide who they sell traffic to based on account status, many opt to only send to VIP or Trusted buyers as cheaters occasionally slip through on new accounts.

                  Thanks Chris.

                  Yeah, some of the requests for malware landing pages I've rec'd are getting out of hand. I had one guy offer me $16/K for popunder traffic if he could load malware. I, obviously, told him to F**K OFF.

                      Great to hear! I'll take another look at FPCtraffic. With some of the others it's getting very dangerous to use popunders on important projects where just one user getting malware can be enough to cause all sorts of negative publicity. In my opinion if someone is knowingly distributing malware they need to be reported to authorities and held accountable for the damages site owners and ad networks incur to their reputations.

                      You don't like my posts? Put me on ignore or fuck right off. I'll say what I want.

                              Yeah we get these idiots everyday making up lame stories. They are easy to read, once you start asking questions the lies start piling up. I get people offering me alot of money to load malware but it would just kill our network and reputation.
