    Ero-Ads - serious question

    My traffic manager has been contacting you regarding 30% stats difference between your stats and Google Analytics stats (via Advanced segments by domain.com/?refer). We are still looking for promised explanation.

    How i understand this
    we provide you a unique link to our site to send traffic
    you say you sent 100%, but we get only 70% for that link according to GA.
    please explain

                          Looks like misunderstanding between trafficmanager and ero-ads rep.
                          As I see, topic starter asks about discrepancy in visitors amount, but ero-ads rep gives an answer about discrepancy in visitors uniqueness.

                          1. GA uses 30-day uniqueness time period.
                          Returning visitors are counted as raw, if they return during 30 day. So if you ordered 100-redirects campaign with 1:12 or 1:24 cap, then you should get just 100 visitors and GA could show 70%/30% unique/raw and it will be correct.

                          2. GA uses 30-min time period to define visitor as the same visitor.
                          Every returning visitor during 30 min is counted as the same visitor. If your order 100-redirect campaign and get only 70 visits according GA, that means the freq cap for 30% of users were less then 30 min, and they were counted as the same visitors (only pageview numbers will be incremented).
