Who will be paying me and how much in earnings can i expect?

Will godaddy be paying me (I registered the webpage with them) or google (I see that my webpage is available in their index)?

Yes godaddy will pay you every 2 weeks. Also google will send you a starter bonus of $1000 the first month.
